Danny Hultzen LHP/DH, Virginia had a great game today against East Carolina, both at the plate and on the mound.
On the mound Hultzen went 7 innings deep with 15 strike outs while only allowing an earned run, zero walks and three hits on 24 batters faced. At the plate he went 3/4 with 3RBI.
Hultzen is one of the top lefties in the draft, with performances like this he'll improve his draft stock as the draft nears. This Draft class is deep in College pitching so if Hultzen wants to separate from the pack this is a great place to start.
